The Starbucks is always extremely friendly and very fast. This is always my go to before work when I'm in a rush. I can always count on them to get me in and out of the drive thu in minutes. I would highly suggest this Starbucks to anyone.

Typical Starbucks. Location just off of I-25 which is nice if you're driving through Castle Rock or you're meeting someone there. I find myself going to Starbucks less and less because living in The Springs we have Dutch Bros. I've been here a handful of times. No complaints.

Typically a busy location, my timing has been awesome on my last few visits. In and out in a matter of minutes. Unfortunately the drive through seems to be where things can get backed up. My advice is to run in when the cars get backed up a ways as the counter staff in the store is quick and friendly.

Coffees good. Place is really dirty. The floor needs to be swept and mopped, and all the tables and counters are really sticky. Hate to see what that capachino machine looks like. It's only 9:30am, so it appears the night crew doesn't like to clean either.

I don't know what happened in the last 2-3 months. I was out of town on business trips and vacation and haven't been to this Starbucks location in awhile. But the customer appreciation and friendliness seems to be MIA. Maybe new management? All the employees seem different and there's no greetings, thank you's or other common curtesy's. They are not UN-friendly, but not nice either. No one smiles here anymore. I get the impression that they feel the customers coming in and ordering coffee and breakfast are a pain in the ass. That's ok. There's lots of other options around here: Lost Coffee is good and Crowfoot Valley is great. Think I'll give them my business from now on.

Starbucks is pretty much the same, taste wise, wherever you go and that holds true for this location. The service here however, was awfully slow. It wasn't even that busy, the lady making lattes was just moving at a snail pace.

This Starbucks is awesome! I got there during a busy morning, the line was wrapped around the building and I didn't wait for more than 5 minutes. They were super fast, then when I reached the window, the lady at the drive thru was so pleasant. Overall a great experience.

My husband and I stopped here at 3:30pm and we were told that they don't sell decaf in the afternoon. Um, isn't your business to sell coffee? I am pregnant and can't have the caffeine, so I find this to be super lame. The sales associate didn't offer to brew any either. Fail.

This Starbucks is dandy! The drinks are tasty and the drive-thru is a Godsend when I'm in a rush. The staff is typically pretty friendly and I haven't had a mis-made drink yet! The place seems to be busy almost all of the time, which makes it a bit of a gamble if you wanted to sit in the comfy chairs and work on your paper, but if you sneak in at the random lull, you'll be in and out with your drink in two minutes, faster than the Chipotle two doors down. Prices are exactly the same as all the other Starbucks you'll come across, but the service is warmer than some of the ones in downtown Denver. See you soon, you big chain in a little town, you.

When I need my Starbucks fix in a hurry, this is my store. The staff is always super friendly, the drinks are consistently good, and the line moves fast. Since they have a drive through, you can get your drink on without even leaving the car... a big bonus in cold weather or when I'm on the way to work. Super convenient and always great service - I am a fan!
